These slide just as well as 50/50 but are slightly smoother because theres one slide material sliding rather than two materials or one durable material. The Low H-blocks are awesome, I definitely prefer them over the high h-blocks because they give a better feeling of locking in. Good frames, not my personal favorite, but they are personal favorites of many people. Check into em.
